Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Tipsē Social Club (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in the Event, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, accident, or death, whether arising from physical activity, use of equipment, consumption of food or beverages (including alcoholic beverages), or interaction with other participants.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge the Event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness (including foodborne illness or allergic reactions), or death that may occur as a result of your participation in the Event, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Consent: You certify that you are physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event.

Alcohol & Food Consumption: You acknowledge that any alcohol consumption is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You affirm that you are 21 years of age or older if consuming alcohol. You are solely responsible for your own food and beverage choices and any allergic or adverse reactions resulting therefrom.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by third parties arising out of your conduct at the Event.

This release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable State law.
